Looking for an intense dance fitness experience where you can unleash your alter ego and have fun in the process? Slay and Squat is the place to be. Each class creates a fun club atmosphere where participants are given the green light to let loose and be themselves.
During each Slay and Squat class, participants will engage in a full-body workout through choreography that will transform and tone their body. You will have so much fun moving to the music that you won’t even notice you are working out.
Pilates meets Barre. A fusion of mat Pilates and Barre using music to energize and motivate you to move. Barrelates targets your core and flattens your abs for a stronger more
toned body. We will add your favorite barre moves to create an intense full body workout and take your body to the next level!
